How do I reserve a party date?
Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis. When a party date and time has been selected, a deposit will be necessary to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and must be received within one week of booking your party date and time. The balance will be due on the day of your party.
Where are the parties held?
Our parties come directly to you. We've been to homes, hotels, clubs, even a movie theater! We work around your locations.
What ages are your parties designed for?
Our parties are for children 3 and up. For safety reasons, children under three will not be permitted the use of What Dreams Are Made Of equipment unless closely supervised by an adult. Many of our props and costumes are not suitable for children under 3.
Do you have a minimum/maximum attendance?
Parties may be scheduled for 8 or more children. If less than 8 attend your party, you will still be charged for 8 children. An additional hostess at $40 is required for parties above 12 guests, and a third hostess at 20 guests. This ensures each guest has a great time with personalized attention! We ask that our parties includes no more than 30 guests.
Are invitations included?
Custom invitations are included depending on the party package you have chosen. They are personalized and theme coordinated. You supply us with the guest list, and we send out the invitations. Invitations CANNOT be printed until your deposit has been received.
How long are the parties?
Each party takes approximately 1 1/2 hrs. Parties can run a little longer depending on the amount of guests participating.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks (deposit), cash and visa/mastercard, discover card, and american express through Paypal.
What happens if I have to cancel my party?
Once a deposit has been paid, parties can only be postponed. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date for your consideration, based on availability. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit is non-refundable.
If a child does not show up,do I still have to pay for that child?
Please remember, you will be charged for the final headcount you gave prior to the party, regardless of a child not showing.
Where do you travel, are there any travel charges?
Central Flordia is a big area! We travel 30 miles from zipcode 32801 (according to mapquest) at no charge. After that, a 50 cent per mile is assessed.
Can I have a party mid- week or on Sunday?
Yes, we are available 7 days a week.
